This application will complete the Allstate Good Hands® Repair Network Preliminary Information Form.

  • Provide the information requested.
  • Your information will be transmitted to the Allstate Good Hands Repair Network.
  • Once received, your information will be placed in our succession shop database.
  • This database is used for pre-screening potential Allstate Good Hands® Repair Network shops.
  • Our local Allstate Good Hands® Repair Network managers review our network on a regular basis.
  • When the need arises to add additional network partners, this information is their first source of information.
  • Should market conditions warrant, an Allstate representative may contact you for additional information.
  • Allstate cannot guarantee your shop will be selected now or in the future nor is receipt of this information to be inferred as an invitation to join the network.

 

Computer set up:

  • Must have Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher or Mozilla Firefox 27.0 or higher. •
  • Turn off/disable Pop-up Blockers (can prohibit accessing the Data Sheet).

Note: Google Chrome is not recommended as it does not support the mouse signature.

Application tips:

  • Saving and Logging Out: Click the Save and Exit button to quit and return to the Log-In screen. The Applicant Information page must be complete before logging out.
  • A confirmation email is sent once the account has been set up with the subject line: Your Account Has Been Created. Use the link in this confirmation email to log back in and complete/update your Contract Application.
  • If you plan to stop editing your information at any point, do not select Next at the end of a completed page; instead select the Save and Exit button.
