Sales CSR Specialist
The Sales CSR Specialist’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering incoming calls, providing every customer with the highest level of customer service, receiving customer payments, balancing registers, filing and providing outstanding support to the retail management team.
- Computer and clerical experience is preferred
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have good organizational skills
- Data entry skills are preferred
- Credit check may be required
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Commensurate with experience
- Full time retail schedule, including evenings/nights, weekends and holidays, with overtime as needed
