Conn's is seeking a dynamic customer service representative who can provide top-notch customer service skills within our warehouse location.
Some duties include:
- Serve customers arriving at the warehouse for activities such as CPU’s.
- Support delivery teams as they deliver product to customers and make pre-delivery calls to customers.
- Handle large volume of inbound phone calls - (Blingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred)
- Walk throughout the warehouse to perform inventory functions and stock checks.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Facility Manager or Delivery Manager.
- Excellent customer service skills by phone and in person.
- Provide problem solving with customers in a professional manner.
- Computer and clerical experience is a must
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
- Ability to lift at least 75lbs unassisted
- Pay range is commensurate with the individual past experience, education, pay rate, and ability to perform.
- 40 hour week, plus overtime if needed.
