Viewing SSN/TIN Information

The Applicants section also provides you with additional information for applicants, such as the applicant’s social security number (SSN) or tax identification number (TIN), depending on the active permissions for the user role associated with your user account. Contact your system administrator for assistance with updating permissions for the user role associated with your user account.

To View SSN/TIN Information

1. From the Contracting Management dashboard, perform a search and apply filters as necessary to locate the applicant.
2. Click the corresponding masked social security number or tax identification number hyperlink for the applicant from the SSN/TIN column as necessary. The SSN/TIN pop-up displays the social security number or tax identification number of the applicant.
3. Click Close to close the SSN/TIN pop-up as necessary.
