Viewing NIPR Information and Updating Appointments

The Appointments pop-up allows you to view and update appointments, view NIPR information, access a history of NIPR verification requests, and order or reorder NIPR verification requests for applicants. You can also use the Appointments pop-up to view the state and county appointments that applicants initially indicate they want to be approved for and then update the appointments as necessary.

To Update NIPR Information and Appointments

  1. From the Contracting Management dashboard, perform a search and apply filters as necessary to locate the applicant for which you want to update appointments.
  2. Click the corresponding View hyperlink from the Appt column of the applicant record for which you want to update appointments. The Appointments pop-up displays.
  3. Review the producer or agent insurance provider information from the NIPR system that displays in the Current NIPR Info section and then do one of the following as necessary:
  4. Click the corresponding Yes or No radio buttons in the Appoint column of the State Selections table as necessary to update the appointments for the applicant.
  5. Click Save.
