SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining reliable operation of all server hardware and software throughout the enterprise. Will have accountability for all technical functions, correct trouble conditions and identify technical needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. To perform this job successfully, the System Administrator II – IT Operations may be expected to perform some or all of the duties listed and complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
£ Process new subcontractor applications, ensuring all documentation is gathered and completed in compliance with company policies.
£ Document – Server configuration, Rebuild Specification, Disaster Recovery
£ Provide administration and support for the following:
o Windows 2008 R2 / 2012 R2 environment (500+ Systems)
o Microsoft Lync 2013/Skype for Business 2015, Enterprise Voice, Unified Messaging
o EMC VNX, XtremeIO, ATMOS, and CLARiiON, enterprise class storage networks
o Multi-domain Active Directory infrastructure across multiple sites
o Backup and restore operations using EMC Avamar
o Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010/2013/2016
o Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013
o Enterprise class VMWare vSphere 5.x/6.x
o Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
o Cisco UCS server infrastructure
o Microsoft System Center 2012/2012 R2/2016
o Citrix Netscaler HLB
o EMC Source1
£ Provide second and/or third level support to the client community.
£ Knowledge of PowerShell preferred.
£ Mentor Level 1/2/3 IT Support Technicians.
£ Provide assistance to other System Administrators.
£ Participate in on call rotation
£ No supervisory responsibilities.

£ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and three years demonstrated work experience in Windows 2003/2008/2012 R2 Administration, Windows 2003/2008/2012 R2 Server, VMWare ESX Server, Microsoft RDS, Exchange 2010/2013, SQL Server, Active Directory, and Internet protocol (TCP/IP) installation and support; or post secondary education in computer maintenance with a minimum Microsoft (MCSE); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
£ College degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Business preferred.
