Returning Vendor Dashboard Overview

The Returning Vendor dashboard provides vendor business applicants with a way to manage the initial vendor approval process and ongoing vendor renewal process. The Returning Vendor dashboard allows you to submit vendor applications, review vendor applications and documents, submit and provide payment for vendor approvals, and renew business licenses, certifications, and credentials, for the business, owners, and employees that comprise the vendor application. As the vendor applicant, you can access the Returning Vendor dashboard at any time during the initial vendor approval and renewal process once you create a vendor portal account and begin the online application phase within the vendor portal. You can use the same login credentials for the vendor portal account that you created when you initially start your vendor business application to access the Vendor dashboard.

Business Information

Section that displays the following fields you can use to view business information for the vendor business applicant:

Business Name	Displays the business name for the vendor business applicant.
DBA	Displays the "doing business as" name for the vendor business applicant.
Parent Name	Displays the parent company associated with the vendor business applicant.
Franchise	Displays the name of the franchise for the vendor business applicant.
Vendor Type	Displays the vendor type for the vendor business applicant.
CSA	Displays the Claims Service Area for the vendor business applicant.
Approval Status	Displays the current approval status for the vendor business applicant.
Business Job Opening	Displays the business job opening, or position, for the vendor business applicant.

Renewal Actions

Section that displays the following fields you can use to renew licenses, certifications, and credentials:

Field	Definition
Submit Renewals	Button used to initiate and pay for the renewal of the selected licenses, certifications, or credentials.
Select	Checkbox used to select the licenses, certifications, or credentials you want to renew.
Name	Displays the business name of the vendor business applicant.
Renewal	Displays the renewal type for the vendor business applicant. The Renewal column value displays as a hyperlink you can use to complete the online application form collection for renewal if you have not already submitted the form collection.
Status	Displays the current renewal status of the license, certification, or credential you want to renew.

Existing Parent Applications

Section that displays the following fields you can use to add an existing owner application from the parent vendor applicant to the current child vendor applicant:

Application Type

Drop-down field used to select the owner application from the parent vendor applicant that you want to add to the current child vendor applicant. The options of this field display in parent owner last name, parent owner first name, and then position title of the parent owner format by default. The available options for this field must also consist of owners for which the parent vendor applicant for the current child vendor applicant added and submitted an owner application.

Add Applicant

Button used to add the owner application from the parent vendor applicant to the current child vendor applicant.

Applications

Section that displays the following fields you can use to add applications or submit application approvals:

Application Type

Drop-down field used to select the owner or employee application you want to add.

The Application Type drop-down field may not include all individual owner or employee applications. In this case, the vendor type may be set up to not allow additional individual owner or employee applications until certain conditions are met, such as requiring background checks for all current applications to progress to a final grade or awaiting authorization actions by vendor administrators. Contact your system administrator for assistance with this functionality.

Add Applicant

Button used to initiate the form completion phase of the online application process for the owner or employee application you want to add.

If you are a child vendor of a parent vendor, such as a such as a business location of a franchise company, you should always check the Existing Parent Applications section for existing owners associated with your parent vendor before adding a new application an owner via the Applications section. Refer to the Adding, Updating, and Completing Vendor Applications topic for more information on this functionality.

Applications - Completed Applications

Section that displays the following fields you can use to update, review, or submit approvals for existing vendor applications associated with the vendor applicant:

Select	Checkbox used to select the applications for which you want to initiate and pay for an approval background check order. You can also select the Select All checkbox to choose all available applications. If you are a child vendor of a parent vendor, such as a business location of a franchise company, once you add and associate an existing parent owner application via the Existing Parent Applications section, the Select checkbox may not display for the application. In this case, the reason for this is that the parent vendor applicant has already submitted a background check order for the owner. Refer to the Adding, Updating, and Completing Vendor Applications topic for more information on this functionality.
Submit Application	Button used to initiate and pay for the approval background check order of the selected applications.
Name	Displays the name associated with the application. If the application consists of the vendor business application, the Name column displays the business name. If the application consists of an owner or employee application, the Name column displays the name of the owner or employee.
Business Job Opening	Displays the business job opening, or position, for the application.
Profession Type	Displays the profession type for the application.
Background	Displays the current background check status of the approval for the application. The Background column only displays if system administrators enable this functionality for the vendor type associated with the vendor business applicant. Once the background check for the vendor business application progresses to a final grade of Pass, or Selected, the Background column status displays as a hyperlink you can use to view details of the Background Report for the background check order from the eQuest+ system. The Background column does not display as a hyperlink for owner or employee applications until the vendor business application progresses to a final grade of Pass, or Selected. Additionally, if the background check for the vendor business application progresses to receive a final grade of Fail, the Background column status hyperlinks displays as inactive by default. In this case, the vendor business applicant can only view details of the Background Report if the Enable BGC Report setting is reactivated for their vendor applicant user account.
Edit Application	Icon used to update the corresponding application. The Edit Application icon displays as inactive once you initiate the approval process for the application.
Review Application	Icon used to review the application via the Application Review page.
View Documents	Icon used to view or upload document attachments for the application via the View Vendor Documents page.
Delete Application	Icon used to delete the corresponding owner or employee application. You cannot delete the vendor business application. As a result, the Delete Application icon displays as inactive for the vendor business application. Additionally, you can only delete owner or employee applications if the vendor type for the vendor business application is set up to allow you to delete applications. Contact your system administrator for assistance with this functionality.
Select All	Checkbox used to select all available checkboxes for all applications eligible for an approval background check order in the Completed Applications section.

In Progress Applications

Section that displays the following fields you can use to continue, manage document attachments for, and delete in progress, or incomplete, applications:

Field	Definition
Name	Displays the name associated with the application. If the application consists of the vendor business application, the Name column displays the business name. If the application consists of an owner or employee application, the Name column displays the name of the owner or employee.
Complete Application	Icon used to continue and complete the corresponding incomplete application.
View Documents	Icon used to view or upload document attachments for the incomplete application via the View Vendor Documents page.
Delete Application	Icon used to delete the corresponding incomplete owner or employee application. You cannot delete the vendor business application. As a result, the Delete Application icon displays as inactive for the vendor business application. Additionally, you can only delete incomplete owner or employee applications if the vendor type for the vendor business application is set up to allow you to delete applications. Contact your system administrator for assistance with this functionality.
